Each order is important to us and we value every single customer. We offer free delivery to most areas in the UK. We know you can’t wait to receive your bed, so our teams are working extremely hard to have your beds made and delivered as quickly as possible.
We do deliveries in all areas of the UK and now deliver to the Northern Ireland and Dublin.
SJ Dream Beds have a range of delivery options to ensure we can offer a prompt and quality service when your product is ready to be dispatched.
Please Note:
Deliveries are to the ground floor only, the Bed comes Flat Packed and will require assembly with no effort. The sizes are all approximate and can vary by a few cm or inches, as these beds are all handmade.
All deliveries are made to the door only. Please ensure the contact number you provide is valid so the third party couriers can contact you in regards to the delivery. If an invalid number is presented and you miss your delivery.
Delivery of the Frame Only only takes 3-7 working days and in some cases longer due to size, location and delivery drops. Please accept our apologies in advance as its purely in the hands of the couriers, however 99% of the deliveries are within one day.
YOUR DELIVERY DATE
Once you have made your purchase online and our sleep experts have processed your order you will be allocated a delivery date. Your delivery date will be on your confirmation email.
Third party couriers company will send you updates of your delivery via your email address, if no email address given to us, then text message you about the delivery
On the day Of the Delivery in morning, you will receive a text message with a 4 hrs estimated delivery time, if you have given us a mobile number.
Please note that deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland may have longer lead times.
