Returns Policy

As all our Beds are Bespoke Products that are made to the customers’ specific requirements and none standard items we sell will not fall under the same terms as above regarding our Refunds & Returns Policy

Moreover, if the dimensions of the bed are not listed on the product listing, it is your responsibility to either contact us via Live Chat (Fastest way) or to call us in regards to sizing as all dimensions are approximate and may have a variance of up to 5%. There will be a 50% cancellation charge on returns for any made-to-order beds returned to us as they do not fit in your room.

In order to complete a return it must be declared to us within 7 days of the purchase date and all returnable items must be in their original, unused condition free from any defects. Due to health and safety we are unable to accept returns of mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging.

Once we receive your return in its original condition we will process the return within 5 working days. The delivery fee would be deducted from original amount.

PLEASE NOTE THE COLOUR SWATCHES ARE STUDIO IMAGES AND THE ACTUAL SHADE OF THE FABRIC CAN VARY DUE TO LIGHTING AND SHADE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ORDER AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THEREFORE PLEASE CHECK THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL UPON RECEIPT AND MAKE ANY CHANGES REQUIRED.
